The Society of St. Vincent de Paul South Pinellas, Inc., dba St. Vincent de Paul CARES, proudly announces its recent reaccreditation by COA Accreditation, a service of Social Current. This honor reflects the organization’s unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice while serving the community.
This reaccreditation was expedited thanks to St. Vincent de Paul CARES’ complete adherence to all fundamental practice standards, with no deficiencies reported—an accomplishment both rare and praiseworthy. The absence of a required Pre-Commission Review Report (PCR) further highlights their dedication to quality and excellence.
Michael Raposa, CEO of St. Vincent de Paul CARES, commented on the significance of the accreditation:
The process of obtaining and maintaining accreditation has been transformative to SVdP CARES over the years. This affirms that our policies, procedures, and business practices are designed to keep those we serve at the heart of all that we do! While no organization is absolutely perfect, this process shows that we are well on the way!”
This achievement is more than a mere credential; it reaffirms that St. Vincent de Paul CARES adheres to rigorous, internationally recognized standards of service, offering top-tier aid and support to those in need. It assures stakeholders of the quality and reliability of the services provided.
